11 July 2001, set up and named Dai Thien Loc Steel Limitted Company, initial charter capital of VND 6 billion (USD 330,000),specialized in Trading various kinds of steel.

12 April 2007, Dai Thien Loc Steel Limitted Company changed to Dai Thien Loc Corporation

23 December 2008, set up Dai Thien Loc Steel Manufacturing Complex at Song Than 3 Industrial Park, Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province, Viet Nam with land area of over 105,000 sp.m

04 June 2014, listed 58.2 millions shares at Ho Chi Minh city Stock Exchange Production ability: 01Pickling line, capacity 600,000 MT per year, 03 lines of CR, capacity 400,000 MT per year, 02 lines of GI, capacity 120,000 MT per year. 02 lines of GL, capacity 270,000 MT per year, 02 lines of colour coating line 130,000 MT per year, 04 lines of steel pipe/tube, capacity 30,000 MT per year. With achievements, we are honoured by receiving noble awards as follow: National Labour Medal, 3rd class, Certificate of Merit of People Committele of Binh Duong province, Certificate of Merit of People Committee of Ho Chi Minh city, National Famous Brand 2010, Top 100 of Viet Nam Gold Star, Top 500 Largest Company of Viet Nam, etc.
